Event Page Design

The public booking page is where your guests meet an event, and its content and look are set per event. This page covers that single-event canvas; the organisation-wide branding that dresses every event lives under Branding.

Event content

All plans

Set in the wizard’s Event Content step, or later under SettingsDetails:

  • Banner Image — sits across the top of the booking page at its full height, whatever its shape. At least 1500px wide looks best. When you upload, the whole picture is kept unless you trim it. Separate banners can be set for the invite, confirmation, and reminder emails under SettingsEmails.
  • Event Information — the description guests read before booking. Supports formatting and personalisation variables.
  • Booking Confirmation message — what guests see after booking, with an optional call-to-action button.

Visibility

Under SettingsDetails, an event is either open to the world or kept close:

  • Public — anyone with the link can book.
  • Private — you control who can book; access comes through your invitations.

Design

The event’s SettingsDesign tab controls how the booking page looks:

  1. Enable custom design for this event.
  2. Set the booking page colours (page, card, and button colours).
  3. Upload fonts if your identity needs them.

When enabled, the event’s design overrides your organisation’s design for this event only; with it off, the event inherits the organisation design (see Branding for the organisation-wide designer). Without the Pro plan, the tab shows an upgrade note and events use the standard ARTSVP look. Deeper CSS-level customisation is an Expert-plan capability — talk to support about anything the design controls do not cover.

Tip: Set the organisation design once and let events inherit it. Only enable per-event design when an exhibition needs its own identity.
