What is a credit?
A credit is the unit that tracks usage. You spend credits when guests are booked and when portals are activated.
Do monthly credits roll over?
Monthly free credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased credits roll over until used.
How does the Pro/Expert trial work?
Pro and Expert include a single 30-day trial starting from your organisation signup date. During the trial, the subscription fee is not required, but usage beyond free credits is billed. If you already started a trial, we apply any remaining days when you upgrade — we don’t reset the trial clock. Downgrading to Free ends the trial.
Are invites free?
Yes — invites are free. Credits are consumed when guests book, and when you activate portals.
How much is a credit?
A credit is 49 cents in USD, GBP, or EUR.
What do credits cover?
Guest booked: 1 credit per guest on booking confirmation.
Portal activated: 150 credits per portal (one-time).

A portal is a dedicated workspace for an exhibitor or partner to manage their own invites and guest list — isolated from the rest of your organisation.
What’s the difference between a portal and an enhanced portal?
Portals are exhibitor/partner workspaces for managing invites and guest lists. Pro includes enhanced portal features (AI tools and better notifications). Art Fair includes portal creation for exhibitors.
